Apart from checking operation they do not require any regular maintenance

Most or our bath lifts are made in either the UK or Germany
What is the maximum user weight ?
Most have a maximum weight limit of 20 stone (130kg)
Who will perform the demonstration ?
Reliable staff who all have DBS background checks to ensure that they are trustworthy as well as being capable of treating the customer with respect.
Why arrange a demonstration ?
Some customers order items online but this can be a costly mistake as you need to ensure that you have ordered the most suitable device for your needs with expert advice. After all it may not work for you.
What is the warranty period ?
Minimum 2 years depending on product
Will I feel safe using the bath Lift ?
This question can only be answered by the user because everyone is different of course ! We take our time with the demonstration to make sure you feel completely comfortable with the product that is most suitable for your needs.
What happens if I have a warranty claim ?
Our products have been chosen for high quality and reliability but in the event of any issues contact us and we will usually be able to rectify with 24-48 hours.
Will I feel under obligation to buy after demonstration ?
All we do is demonstrate and then it’s up to the customer to decide if they want to buy. We are fair and reasonable with everyone and we don’t need to pressure people – it doesn’t work for our customers or us.
Can I have a friend, relative or professional with me at demonstration ?
We would encourage anyone having a demonstration to ask someone else to be with them to discuss and offer re-assurance that they are making the right decision.
