Why arrange a demonstration ?
Some customers order items online but this can be a costly mistake as you need to ensure that you have ordered the most suitable device for your needs with expert advice. After all it may not work for you.
What is the warranty period ?
Minimum 2 years depending on product
Will I feel safe using the bath Lift ?
This question can only be answered by the user because everyone is different of course ! We take our time with the demonstration to make sure you feel completely comfortable with the product that is most suitable for your needs.
What happens if I have a warranty claim ?
Our products have been chosen for high quality and reliability but in the event of any issues contact us and we will usually be able to rectify with 24-48 hours.
Will I feel under obligation to buy after demonstration ?
All we do is demonstrate and then it’s up to the customer to decide if they want to buy. We are fair and reasonable with everyone and we don’t need to pressure people – it doesn’t work for our customers or us.
Can I have a friend, relative or professional with me at demonstration ?
We would encourage anyone having a demonstration to ask someone else to be with them to discuss and offer re-assurance that they are making the right decision.
How do I use the bath lift ?
The bath lifts that we supply don’t require users to stand in the bath. They work by user sitting down on the seat in the bath then swinging legs over the edge of the bath. By eliminating the need to stand up in the bath makes it much safer to use.
How is bath lift powered ?
All of the bath lifts that we supply are powered with mains or battery at low voltage so are very safe to use.
Can I leave bath lift in the bath ?
Our bath lifts can be left in the bath but be aware that they need to be cleaned regularly just like anything else that is used in the bath. This can be can be achieved by using fresh water.

How is the bathlift controlled ?
All of our bath lifts are operated with a handheld remote control so you are in complete control of its operation.
Are bath lifts permanently fixed in the bath ?
None of our bath lifts are permanently fixed in the bath. They are portable so can be removed for storage or used in another bath.
Will I pay VAT on my purchase ?
The majority of customers will be exempt from paying VAT due to their specific physical conditions. Please check with us to confirm if you are eligible for VAT exemption.
How can a bath lift be of benefit to me ?
We find that many customers tend to put off buying a bath lift. Of course most of us like to be independent and it can be difficult accepting that you may need help. Not only will it give you the ability to use the bath again, but also consider that it will help keep you safe as well.
